Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds and returns are handled for all purchases made through Amravan.
Refund requests are only accepted before your order has been shipped.
Mango Orders
- Before shipping: Full refund available for mango orders ONLY. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to cancel your order.
- After shipping: Refunds are not available once the order has been dispatched.
- Damaged in transit: If mangoes arrive damaged, make while opening the package and share videos within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
- Quality concerns: If you believe the quality is not as expected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos. We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
Farm Experiences (Tour & Table)
- Advance payment made for booking confirmation is non-refundable.
- Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability — contact us at least 48 hours before your booking.
How to Request a Refund
- WhatsApp us at +91 95485 07616 with your order/booking ID.
- Or email bookings@amravan.farm.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Duplicate or Technical Payments
If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue, contact us with your booking ID and payment reference. We will verify and process the refund.
